Blackwell Adventure is an Outdoor Activity Provider based in Worcestershire. Our Manor House and Camp Site is set in 50 acres of country estate and boasts a host of land and water based activities. We run residential activity holidays in our house and our Podded and Tented Villages for schools of all ages and abilities. We operate over 2 centres delivering amazing activities in amazing surroundings. We also provide activity days for Schools, Scouts and Guides.
What makes your company different from the competition?
We are a friendly outdoor centre who operate for the sole purpose of giving young people an outdoor adventurous experience. We are a charity and therefore our goal is not money but to give young people experiences that last forever. We offer accommodation free of charge and give all our staff access to a shared catering facility. We provide free uniform and for the right staff also offer courses to develop our staff.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
Approx 20 staff.
Why are you a good company to work for or train with?
Because we are a small company who all work together and live together on centre. All working towards the same objective.
