We don't just offer certification and training, as a youth maritime charity, we can offer that something extra. We really look after our young people. Our careers students benefit from 1:1 mentoring, access to our careers network, realistic careers advice and help with CVs. Why are you a good company to work for or train with?

People should train with us for several reasons. As a maritime youth charity, providing opportunities for young people is at the core of everything we do. We often have funding opportunities available. Our courses lead people towards careers in the watersports industry, the maritime/yachting industry and in particular the growing (and lucrative) superyacht sector.
