Ski Peak (winter) and Peak Adventures (summer), a small family company (father and son) have been operating in Vaujany, Alpe d'Huez for 30 years and provide half board accommodation with fantastic service, incredible cuisine and professional staff. Our resort team look after all the guests across our four chalets. These roles are across Chefs, waitresses, reps, KP/maintenance. Due to our small and dedicated team, we require staff who are 21 years and older with two years relevant experience. The village of Vaujany is one of the most picturesque mountain resorts in the world with a waterfall cascading down the mountain face. The area is incredible in summer for cycling with 10 of the top 100 climbs in the world. It's also fantastic for winter and skiing, covering 250km of pistes and a world of off piste at your fingertips.
What makes your company different from the competition?
Ski Peak/Peak Adventures staff create a very strong and close bond with each other. They join the 'Ski Peak family' in a group called 'Past Their Peakers' which plays host to various outings and meets with previous years staff, not to mention brilliant deals for your family and friends forever more.
Many previous staff stay on for the winter or find other opportunities in resort throughout the year... you won't want to leave!
How many people do you employ or train each year?
We employ around 12 people in resort for winter and 5 for summer.

Due to our small size we talk to our staff regularly. We want everyone to be happy and will try our best to enhance everyone's experience where we can.
