Calvert Trust Exmoor enables people with physical, learning, behavioral and sensory disabilities to experience exciting, challenging and enjoyable outdoor activities. We are located on the edge of Exmoor National Park and a short distance from the North Devon Coast; our award winning centre welcomes guests of all ages and levels of ability, together with their families & friends. All of our breaks are built around a structured programme of activities, lead by our qualified instructors and tailored to the specific needs of our visitors. The range of indoor and outdoor activities guarantees fun and adventure whatever the weather.

Working at Calvert Trust Exmoor is all about enabling people with disabilities to achieve their potential through the challenge of adventurous activities in the countryside.
Our guests can be any age (3-103!) and have a range of disabilities; the important thing for us is tailoring what we do to each individual; adapting our equipment and our approach to encouraging and enable everyone to take part in our activities, and discover 'It's what you can do that counts!"
How many people do you employ or train each year?
it fluctuates a little with seasonality; we employ somewhere between 40 and 50 people, depending on the time of year.
Why are you a good company to work for or train with?
Working within our friendly team, you will spend 1st 3 months training; we will then support you to gain appropriate NGB qualifications, whilst enjoying working with our wide range of guests.
Calvert Trust provides staff lunch during a working day; single living accommodation is also available (at a small cost). Eligible employees will be auto-enrolled in our workplace pension scheme.
