Our chalets are incredible, our food is delicious food and we offer exceptional service from the friendly Jack & Jill team.
For us, it's all about the Team... we really care about your season and you as individuals. We want our team to enjoy the mountains and ski and snowboard as much as possible, because we know that when you guys are happy, it shows in your work.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
We have a friendly team of around 14 made up of our resort manager, chefs, chalet hosts, resort drivers and transfer drivers.
Why are you a good company to work for or train with?
We know how important a happy team is so we do lots to make sure you have an amazing season. From ski days away, to dinners in a snowy refuge and team nights out, there are lots of fun incentives throughout the season. We work hard to create a fantastic work environment and love showing our staff how to make the most of doing a season in Morzine and Les Gets.
