Started in 1986 Sealyham Activity Centre is based in the heart of Pembrokeshire, close to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the centre is set within its own 100 acre private woodland valley. The centre is small family run business able to cater for over 120 guests. We, offer our customers tailored programmes suited to their aims and needs, with all activities being flexible in challenging the groups abilities. Most of the activities are offsite from coasteering (one of the early pioneers of coasteering with a wealth of experience in running sessions) to climbing the sea cliffs of the Pembrokeshire coast, surfing the Atlantic swell to offering a range of paddlesports in different environments. There is a variety of onsite activities from high ropes to archery to an assault course.
What makes your company different from the competition?
Sealyham is close to the only UK coastal national park with excellent sea cliff climbing, superb inland bouldering and an amazing rugged coastline to explore from a kayak or coasteering. It is an outdoor instructors paradise with plenty of opportunity for an instructor to continually improve their skills and knowledge. All staff will receive at least the over 25 national living wage and this increases depending on qualifications and experience.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
We employ 15 instructional staff to run our multi-activity programme for a range of customers from school and youth groups to higher education, families and corporate groups.
