Oyster Worldwide offer paid and voluntary work in fourteen countries worldwide. They are dedicated to placements that are beneficial not only to the participants but also to the projects.
What makes your company different from the competition?
Oyster Worldwide's preparation and support before you travel includes an interview and full briefing on what to expect, and the sorts of safety and cultural issues that will be relevant in your chosen country.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
Each year around four hundred people travel on paid and volunteer projects with Oyster Worldwide. The majority travel from the UK, with our Canadian ski season placements the most popular paid project and South Africa wildlife projects attracting most of our volunteers.
Why are you a good company to work for or train with?
As well as helping communities in a positive way, our volunteers will develop new levels of confidence and independence. For many, an Oyster Worldwide project may be a first trip away from Europe, perhaps even the first time they have really left home for any real length of time.
