Over the past 8 years Meribel Nanny Services has gone from 1 nanny to a team of up to 15 nannies, the reputation that has been built up is faultless and they are now the number 1 recommended nanny agency in the Meribel and Courchevel valleys, its a great expanding business to be a part of and it couldn't have been done without the amazing teams year in and year out.
All bookings are organised and managed by Nicole in advance, equipment and toys are delivered to the chalets on the weekends and the nannies are put in touch with the client in advance so they can be organsied for their arrival and to ensure everything runs smoothly, the experience Nicole has gained over the past 15 years shows in how well the service is provided, all of the guests receive an online feedback form at the end of each week and each nanny is celebrated for their fantastic effort.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
For winter 2022/23 we are hoping for a team of 5 nannies in Courchevel and 10 nannies in the Meribel Valley, last season was very succesful and the nannies all felt they had a fantastic balance of time on the mountain and plenty of work. Winter 2023/24 we will keep the team the same size.
