We are an outdoor activity centre and registered charity, operating from Penryn in beautiful Cornwall. The site covers sixty acres of land, within which we offer challenging and exciting activities, including archery, rock climbing, paddle sports, zip wire, and forest and bushcraft skills.
What makes your company different from the competition?
As a charity, we work with disadvantaged and disabled children and adults, as well as family groups, work groups wishing to experience first class team building events, and school groups. We pride ourselves on the guidance and encouragement that we offer to our guests, aiming to inspire, challenge and motivate people to achieve things they did not realise they were capable of.
How many people do you employ or train each year?
We employ and train around ten instructors every year in addition to a small team of NCS Team Leads and Assistants.
Why are you a good company to work for or train with?
We provide our apprentice instructors with full and comprehensive training, which includes a number of National Governing Body awards plus an NVQ in Activity Leadership.
You will be working as part of a friendly team of instructors and will have full support provided by Truro and Penwith college.
